Super easy loop creation
No training necessary. Anyone can do it. Just title the loop and click ‘Create.’
Unlimited loops
Create loops for anything and everything. Loops can be as diverse as 3 people interacting for a single meeting, 10 people sharing pictures after a vacation, or 10,000 employees interacting for as long as the company exists.
Unlimited Relationships
Updated contact and personal information, quick chat, conversations, sharing and interacting around pictures and files, keeping a common event schedule, etc.
Activity aggregation across all loops and relationships
Stay up to date with what is going on across all your loops and relationships through the ZLoop system ‘inbox.’
Auto-completing loop and relationship lists
Quickly navigate to the desired loop or relationship, even if you have hundreds or thousands of them. Enter any part of the desired loop title or relationship name and the corresponding loop will autocomplete.
Unlimited users per loop
Get everyone in.
Multiple invite methods
Choose the method that fits your need. E-mail loop invitations directly through the app. Create a loop key and distribute it, or distribute the automatically generated invitation link however you want.
Loop Creator and Administrator privileges
Loop creator can assign administrator privileges to other loop members. Administrator privileges include editing the loop layout, adding people to the loop, deleting, editing, and featuring content in the loop, making other members administrators, removing users from a loop, etc.
Manage multiple identities
Centrally edit and update all your personal information in your ‘full identity.’ From that information derive multiple ‘limited identities’ (we automatically provide professional and social) which you may then choose from to apply to the loops you create or join.
Customizable identity information
Add information fields to your identity as you see fit. Loop creators can request that members fill out particular custom information fields.
Identity information searching and filtering
Full search capabilities across all of the loop member’s submitted identity information. Apply searches or use the provided filters to find, browse, and network with the desired people in a loop.
Loop member profiles
Loop profiles show each member’s submitted loop identity information, their history of contributions to the particular loop, and a ‘Shoutout’ board that lets other loop members post messages on their loop profile.
Custom layout of loops
Arrange the applications on your loop by dragging and dropping them in the order and layout you choose. Remove applications you don’t need or add applications you do.
Default display options for content
As the loop creator or administrator, choose the default display options for each application and its content. Leave ‘recently active’ by default to make sure everyone always knows what’s current at a glance. Set the displays to ‘featured’ to highlight and introduce particular content to members. Use ‘Most Viewed’ to showcase what is popular in the loop, etc.
Content labeling and centralized label management
All content can be labeled to naturally create ‘categories’ within each application. Loop administrators can manually create labels which loop members can choose from when adding content to the loop, or members can create their own labels if the desired label is not present. Administrators can also remove labels that are not being used or are unnecessary.
Commenting
Loop members can comment and interact around all content.
Content attachments
Loop members can attach content to create simple navigation paths and associations between related content.
Content sharing across loops
Users can add their personal content to one loop by selecting it from another loop they are part of. The same can be used for attaching content.
